I worked on a project with a large housebuilder called Galliard homes to produce Greenview Court, a sensational collection of 118 studio, one two and three bedroom apartments arranged across 13 levels. The majority of apartments will feature either a private balcony, terrace or a winter garden. These new, modern-build homes, which will include a selection of wheelchair-accessible apartments, will be equipped with the latest fixtures for modern living. Any necessary adaptions required to aid the accessibility of those purchasing a wheelchair-accessible apartment will be made where possible (subject to confirmation).A property at Greenview Court will provide access to a new public realm as well as three private landscaped rooftop gardens. Located in the vibrant area of Southall, the development is strategically situated for superb transport connections within a diverse area. Just a seven minute walk from Southall station, this development will provide residents with easy access across the capital especially with forthcoming Crossrail services.
